  • Jake Paul has been accused of sexual misconduct by model and actress Railey Lollie
  • Lollie claimed she worked with Paul when she was 17 and that he often called her "jailbait"
  • She alleged Paul groped her in 2017 after filming a video together

Jake Paul is facing another sexual misconduct allegation less than a month after TikToker Justine Paradise accused him of sexual assault.

In an interview with The New York Times, Railey Lollie, 21, alleged that the YouTube star, 24, groped her in late 2017 after filming a video. The model and actress, who was only 17 when she began working with Paul, said she forcefully told him to stop, and he ran out of the room.

Lollie said she stopped working with Paul soon after the alleged incident and has not brought charges against him. She also claimed that prior to this alleged incident, the YouTuber would often call her "jailbait" and comment on her appearance.

"I was with Jake for months, and I saw what kind of person he was behind the scenes and what kind of person he put out to the rest of the world," Lollie told The New York Times.

Lollie's allegation comes weeks after Paradise, 24, released a 20-minute long YouTube video on April 9 where she alleged that Paul forced her to perform oral sex on him in July 2019. The incident allegedly happened in his Team 10 house in California where he lives and works with several other influencers. Paul has denied the allegation.

In the video, Paradise said she didn't want to ruin his career and had second thoughts about sharing it since it happened over a year ago. Further, she claimed to have signed an NDA when she visited Team 10 house, something all guests were reportedly asked to do.

However, "the time going by doesn't change anything. It still happens and I still think about it every single day since it has happened," she said.

Paradise went on to say that she has not watched any of Paul's videos, but she knew him because she saw his face on book covers. She met Paul through a mutual friend and found him awkward because he texted her even if they were in the same room.

"Sex is very special and very important to me," Paradise said in the video. "Normally, everybody respects me when I don't want to do sexual things, so I thought that it was fine if I went in his room. I thought it would be fine to kiss him because I thought he would stop if I didn't want to do anything else."

When Paul allegedly started to put his hands on her body, she moved away. However, he asked her, "If nothing's going to happen, what's the point?"

"He didn't ask for consent or anything," Paradise alleged. "That's not OK. On no level at all is that OK."

Paradise shared the alleged incident with three of her friends who corroborated her account, according to the Times. She added that she never received an apology from Paul. Paradise said she is planning to file charges against the social media personality, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Meanwhile, Paul has since denied Paradise's allegations, releasing a statement on Twitter saying they are “100% false.”
