Zendaya took to Instagram ahead of the premiere of "Euphoria" season 2 to inform her fans that the TV-MA-rated HBO teen series is for mature audiences only.

The 25-year-old actress shared a blurred photo of herself walking with her bike Sunday. In the same post, she shared another photo with a text message that explained why this season is difficult to watch.

"I know I've said this before, but I do want to reiterate to everyone that Euphoria is for mature audiences," Zendaya wrote. "This season, maybe even more so than the last, is deeply emotional and deals with subject matter that can be triggering and difficult to watch."

She further noted that fans should only watch it if they feel comfortable. "Please only watch it if you feel comfortable," she added. "Take care of yourself and know that either way you are still loved and I can still feel your support. All my love, Daya."

"A reminder before tonight…" she captioned the post.

Many celebrities and fans took to the comments section to share their reactions.

Actress Uzo Aduba wrote, "Let’s. GOOOOOO. You already know I’m ready to watch the important journey," while Television producer Casey Patterson commented, "Sweet human."

"Love you ♥ can’t wait to wake up at 3 am to watch," a fan wrote while another fan commented, "So proud of you queen we value your effort and dedication we love you!!"

"Euphoria" tells the story of a group of teenage students who struggle with finances, social media, drugs and love.

The first season of the series was dropped in August 2019. Zendaya won an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series category.

In the second season, all the cast members including Zendaya, Storm Reid, Eric Dane, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Angus Cloud and Alexa Demie will reprise their characters. The first episode of "Euphoria" season 2 has been dropped Sunday on HBO Max.

The trailer of the second season was shared in December 2021.

On the work front, Zendaya was recently seen in "Spider-Man: No Way Home" released last month. She will be next seen in the second installment of the movie, "Dune." The actress will also feature in a movie, titled "Megalopolis," which will be helmed by director Francis Ford Coppola.
