Model Zoe West was arrested in Times Square on Wednesday for modeling nude, while only donning body paint.

West was spotted modeling in the buff before she was arrested by NYPD around 5 p.m. She was painted by Andy Golub, a body paint artist known for his work in many high end shops in New York City.

The 21-year-old spent an hour in a New York precinct before being released, with the charges dropped.

I don't believe there is truly anything wrong with what I did and with what he was doing, West told The New York Post shortly after being released.

Golub is no stranger to arrests stemming from his artwork, as he was charged for public-lewdness on July 30, according to The Post.

Zoe West's Model Mayhem account, a social networking Web site for models and photographers, has a disclaimer in which she writes, NO EROTIC NUDE WORK EVER.
