There’s a new Zoolander in town. Ben Stiller, who is preparing to reprise his role as male model Derek Zoolander in “Zoolander 2,” dropped a major bomb on fans Monday. The 49-year-old actor revealed that the sequel will introduce a new character -- Derek's son.

Cyrus Arnold, best known for playing Dice in Nickelodeon’s hit series “Sam & Cat,” has been selected to take on the role. Stiller shared the casting announcement in an Instagram post, showing him and his on-screen son cruising around Italy in a red convertible. Arnold can be seen grimacing and sporting a serious bowl cut in the passenger seat.

Although Cyrus may not look thrilled in the photo, the young actor’s Instagram tells a very different story. The child actor shared Stiller’s photo, writing that he was “so happy to share the news” with his followers. Entertainment Weekly reported in late January that actress Christine Taylor would be reprising her role as Matilda, Derek Jr.’s mother.

Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson announced “Zoolander 2” during Paris Fashion Week. The comedic duo took the stage during Valentino’s show, proving to everyone in attendance that even 14 years later, they can still work a runway.

Shortly after their appearance, Paramount Studios confirmed the film’s creation on Twitter, saying it will be released in February 2016. Little is known about the film or its plot, but SlashFilm alleges the script was written by Justin Theroux. The site also suggests Stiller will be directing it.
