ZTE has officially unveiled its 2016 flagship smartphone, the ZTE Nubia Z11. The Z11 series includes other smartphones such as ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini and ZTE Nubia Z11 Max.

The ZTE Nubia Z11 bears a full metallic chassis that measures 151.8 x 72.3 x 7.5 mm and its weight is 162 grams. It features a 5.5-inch full HD IPS LCD screen that appears almost bezelless as the smartphone offers a screen-to-body ratio of 75.2 percent.

The Snapdragon 820 powered smartphones comes in two storage variants. The 64 GB model has 4 GB of RAM whereas the 128 GB model has 6 GB of RAM. Both the variants feature a dedicated microSD slot. The smartphone also supports USB OTG.

The rear camera of ZTE Nubia Z11 is 16-megapixel. It incorporates Sony IMX298 sensor that is also available on other flagship smartphones such as OnePlus 3, Xiaomi Mi 5, Huawei Mate 8, Oppo R9 Plus and Asus ZenFone 3. It offers features like phase detection autofocus, optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash. It houses a selfie shooter of 8-megapixel.

The rear side of the smartphone also features a fingerprint reader and it also houses a USB Type-C port. The ZTE Nubia Z11 comes preinstalled with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow that is customized by the company’s ZTE Nubia UI 4.0. It is equipped with a 3,000 mAh battery that carries support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0

The Nubia Z11 will be available for purchase in China starting from July 6. Its base model is priced at 2,499 yuan ($376) and the 128 GB storage model costs 3,499 yuan ($526). As of this writing, there is no confirmation on when the smartphone will be available in the U.S. markets, GSM Arena reported.
