Parents of 16-year-old model have sued Clothing Company Urban Outfitters and photographer Jason Lee Parry for using photos of their daughter on their t-shirts for new the Urban Outfitter tees without their permission.

The parents of teen model Hailey Clauson on Thursday filed a $28 million lawsuit against Urban Outfitters and photographer Jason Lee Parry for using photos of their daughter from a photo shoot last year on t-shirts and other products, Hollywood Reporter reported.
The Urban used the photo of the underage teen in a sexually suggestive pose on a motorcycle on their outfitters.
The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Federal Court, which claimed that the photos were taken for a photo shoot last year and were used without permission and consent.
"She is posed in a blatantly salacious manner with her legs spread, without a bra, revealing portions of her breasts," the lawsuit said, The Hollywood Reporter reported.

The lawsuit also said that the underage teen girl is also featured in illegal activities like drinking beer and riding a motorcycle without a helmet.
Clauson started her career as a model at 14 years old for ad campaigns. Before appearing in a feature in Japanese Vogue as its Model of the Month she appeared in print catalogues for clothing companies like Forever 21. She then walked her first fashion shows in the fall of 2010.
