Khloe Kardashian is being sued by a transgender woman for assault.

The supposed incident occurred on Dec. 5, 2009 outside the Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood, reports TMZ.

Chantal Spears, also known as Ronald spears, claims that Kardashian caused her serious injury after violently striking her in and about her body.

Kardashian incited fight at the club, which is located on Hollywood Boulevard, after Spears supposedly walked up to Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom and told him he was too young to be married.

All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married, and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl, Spears said.

Spears claims she attempted to defend herself against Kardashian, but Khloe pushed her again, causing bodily harm.

Although no one was arrested or cited at the time, Spears told cops that Kardashian had pushed and hit [her].

In her lawsuit, Spears states that she did not provoke Kardashian whatsoever. She is asking for unspecified damages.

This has not been a great week for Khloe -- despite the announcement that sister Kourtney is expecting her second baby with Scott Disck.

Khloe was photographed on Friday going to the gym without any make-up on and many were quick to criticize the reality star's look, reports Us Weekly. But Kardashian took to Twitter to defend herself against the haters.

It's crazy to me that if I don't go to the gym I get judged, she wrote. If I do, I still get judged. Yes, when you work out, you sweat [and] get red.

This is why I live for me and not for anyone else, Lamar Odom's wife added. You learn quickly that you will NEVER make everyone happy in your life. But I am happy.

Khloe then tweeted some inspirational quotes: The more one judges, the less one loves, and It took me a long time not to judge myself through someone else's eyes.
