With the international "Big 4" fashion weeks rolling on and the New York Fashion Week just round the corner, it's an ideal time to have a look at some of the messiest fashion show spills ever.

Showcasing the latest trends and promising energetic shows, fashion events are indeed a great place to visit.

Models decked out in the latest fashion, hair designs and make-up trends from couture designers like Karl Lagerfeld, Prada and Versace invade the ramp. However, with heels, slippery surfaces and long dresses; the runway sometimes turns a dangerous platform for models.

Some of the biggest names in the fashion industry like Naomi Campbell and Alexandra Tomlinson have had their less-than-graceful catwalk moments.

Falling over a catwalk is every model's worst nightmare. Yet, almost every season, such slips occur on the ramp, giving ample opportunity for photographers to capture them on their camera.

Celebrity supermodel Naomi Campbell stole the limelight for wrong reasons at a charity fashion show in Cannes when she fell over four times as she walked down the ramp, much to the amusement of the audience.
