By now, the Knicks' newest point guard, Jeremy Lin, is a household name and Linsanity has taken the nation by storm. His performance on the court and his demeanor garnered him Linstant national attention.

It seems like every day someone else is talking about the NBA newcomer who is rallying the Knicks and New York City.

Evey day, it appears that the phrase #Linsanity goes viral, with everyone voicing their opinion about the California born Harvard graduate.

"Jeremy Lin does it again. Is there anything this guy can't do? Six in a row for the @nyknicks! #Linsanity," Tweeted  Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York

"This is such a positive and hot period for Jeremy Lin, I'm expecting LeBron James to arrange for a sleep over any day now," Tweeted comedian Arsenio Hall.

Other celebrities, also caught up in #Linsanity made some more sarcastic, yet playful remarks.

"Vatican has been looking for that second miracle to make John Paul a saint...cld it be #Linsanity???," Tweeted Bill Maher.

Even some members of the media vie for the attention Lin is receiving.

"I wish I was Jeremy Lin," bluntly Tweeted CNN host Piers Morgan.

#Linsanity is even attracting the attention of other NBA players

Even other New York sports and teams are consumed with Jeremy Lin's rise to fame.
