Los Angeles Clippers Blake Griffin might have had the dunk of the year over Kendrick Perkins on Monday night.

Griffin, known for his dunking prowess, dunked right over the 6-foot-10 Oklahoma City Thunder center. The dunk is one that will likely be replayed for years to come -- it reminded many of Griffin's dunk over then-Knicks center Timofey Mozgov -- as few have seen such raw power in a one-handed dunk.

The dunk even left Griffin's teammates in shock. Point guard Chris Paul said it was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen, while center DeAndre Jordan told reporters he didn't know what to do so he just gave Griffin a big bear hug.

It was really, literally unbelievable, Clippers guard Chauncey Billups told reporters after the game. Seriously, when I'd seen it, I think me and James Harden at the same time were just, like, 'Oh my goodness. Wow.' That was crazy.

The Clippers were reveling in the dunk on their way to a 112-100 win, while the dunked-on Perkins wasn't quite so enthusiastic about Griffin's dunk. He acknowledged that it was a great dunk in post-game interviews, but wished he wasn't a part of the highlight slam dunk.

Well, it happens, Perkins said. At the end of the day, if you're a shot-blocker, you're going to get dunked on. It was a great play that he made. Obviously, I wish I wasn't in it, but it was a great play that he made.

Griffin's incredible dunk came just a night after Lebron James wowed basketball fans with an incredible alley-oop dunk over Chicago Bulls guard John Lucas. The amazing dunk had many calling it the dunk of 2012, but James admitted on Twitter that Griffin has him beat.

@KingJames Dunk of the Year!! @blakegriffin just dunked on Kendrick Perkins so hard!! Wow!! I guess I'm #2 now. Move over #6
