Chris Brown is apparently not happy that Rihanna keeps publicly talking about his brutal attack on her in 2009, according to a report.

Rihanna is scheduled to sit down on Sunday for a tell-all Interview with Oprah Winfrey on "Next Chapter." The show will at air at 9 p.m. on OWN.

In a preview clip, Oprah discusses Brown's attack on Rihanna, which left her, among other injuries, with a black eye and a swollen lip.

"It was embarrassing, it was humiliating," said a teary-eyed Rihanna in the Oprah interview. "I lost my best friend -- everything I knew switched -- switched in a night and I couldn't control that ... it's not easy for me to interpret -- it's not easy to interpret on camera with the world watching."

Meanwhile, Radar Online sources claim, "Chris is just confused about Rihanna's decision to bring up the past again and again -- this time in an interview with Oprah. Rihanna has previously given wide ranging interviews about the beating to Diane Sawyer and several print magazines. Chris just doesn't think it's productive or relevant to rehash the events since essentially nothing new is being revealed in the interview Rihanna has done with Oprah. Chris doesn't begrudge Rihanna at all for talking about it but he thinks that in order for them to both move forward and not be defined by that one night, it would be better to stop bringing it up."

After the attack on the Barbadian beauty, Oprah dedicated an entire episode of her show toward discussing domestic violence. The singer did not make an appearance for the episode.

"Give it some time ... heal yourself first... love doesn't hurt and if a man hits you once he will hit you again. I don't care what his plea is," Oprah said on her show as a message for other women who may be in abusive relationships.

Since the assault, there have been numerous rumors that the former lovers have gotten back together. The two have been "seeing a lot of each other in private," according to a New York Post report, though Brown has a new girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.

A source told Radar Online that the former lovers have spoken since Rihanna's interview with Oprah.

"The fact is, Chris and Rihanna just can't stay away from each other. There is a lot of love there -- it's definitely not a healthy situation for either one of them."

Earlier this year, Rihanna and Brown also collaborated on each other's singles.

"Everyone in the business assumes she and Chris are getting back together, and it is only a matter of time before they'll be more public about it," one source told the New York Post. "It's like she's testing the water -- first they work on music together, then they hang out in a friendly way, so the public won't be completely shocked when they step out together publicly."
