Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook have been divorced since 2008, but the ex-couple are engaged in a bitter fight once again.

Brinkley is accusing Cook of sending her abusive and harassing emails. She is asking the court to make him pay $140,000.

A year after their contentious divorce in 2008, a judge ordered that Cook be fined $5,000 every time he stepped over the line with Brinkley. This past November, Brinkley filed court papers accusing Cook of violating the judge's orders 28 times. She is also seeking $32,000 from Cook in educational costs for their two children.

Cook's lawyer has also filed papers against Brinkley accusing her of the same things and seeking over $200,000 in fines.

Peter is defending himself, and she doesn't like that, James Winkler, Peter Cook's attorney said. Ms. Brinkley thinks that their [divorce] settlement only gave her rights and didn't give Peter rights.

She doesn't communicate with him about the children, he continued. She doesn't provide information. She is inflexible about parenting time although she demands flexibility from Peter.

Brinkley and Cook divorced in 2008 after 12 years of marriage, after it was revealed that Cook had an affair with 18-year-old, Diana Bianchi, who worked for Cook. It was also revealed in court that Cook had a $3,000-a-month Internet porn habit.
