With three professional music videos under her belt, it’s no wonder “Dance Moms” star Kendall Vertes had her longtime co-star, Maddie Ziegler, lend her expertise to help create her first music video. Ahead of the premiere of the video for her debut single “Wear 'Em Out,” the 12-year-old dancer and singer is speaking out about her venture into the music industry, revealing that Maddie, 12, played a crucial role in bringing the song to life.

“Some of my best friends are in or helped choreograph my video,” Kendall recently dished of the military-themed project to Us Weekly. The highly-anticipated music video, which premieres on Tuesday, April 21, also stars Kendall's sisters and fellow dancers, Charlotte and Ryleigh Vertes. “My two big sisters are in it,” Kendall gushed to the magazine. A few other familiar faces will also cameo, ALDC dancer Payton Ackerman and Addison Moffett of “Kalani Addy" YouTube fame.

Maddie, who has starred in three of pop singer Sia’s music videos – most recently, “Big Girls Cry” – said she was thrilled to help Kendall with her project. “It was amazing to be the assistant choreographer at such a young age! Especially doing it with my best friend was such a wonderful experience,” Maddie said.

Maddie, who has performed everywhere from “Dancing with the Stars” to the 2015 Grammys, revealed that working on Kendall’s video has given her a thirst for future projects. “I learned so much and hope to do it again sometime!” she said.

While Kendall’s single “Wear 'Em Out” is currently available for pre-order on iTunes, fans will have to wait until later this month to view the song’s music video in its entirety. According to Us Weekly, the video will debut on the April 21, Season 5 episode of “Dance Moms” at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.

While Kendall’s music video has yet to be released, the reality star did premiere a first-look of the footage at Universal City Walk in Hollywood, California, last month. A 30 second teaser of the official video has also since been released online.

Kendall is the second “Dance Moms” lead to venture into the music industry. Maddie’s sister, Mackenzie Ziegler, now 10, released her debut single “It’s A Girl Party” in April 2014. Like Kendall, 13-year-old ALDC dancer Nia Frazier is also currently in the process of releasing her first single and music video. Her song will reportedly be titled, “Star in Your Own Life.”
