Is Stacey Dash a music artist?

The "Clueless" star made her music debut in Emcee N.I.C.E.’s music video “Life of the Party” dressed as Cleopatra and sang the hook.

"It has been an honor to be part of and work with Emcee N.I.C.E. and Blake Smith. You all gave me the most amazing experience!" Dash told Toofab.com.

Emcee N.I.C.E. agreed, "Working with Stacey Dash was a pleasant and memorable experience. She was very quick, professional, and delivered better than 85 percent of the singers out there and I look forward to working on her debut album in the future."

In the video, Dash, 46, looks better than most of the younger video models.

Lately, she has received quite a bit of attention, after being on the receiving end of backlash for publicly supporting presidential candidate Mitt Romney on Twitter.

Wearing a red bathing suit and red lipstick, the beautiful actress stood in front of the American flag with a prop that read: "Dash America" and had a large "R" on it.

“Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future,” the photo caption read.

Twitter users were not impressed.

User @Mylee_Evelyn wrote “I am no longer a Stacey Dash fan lol.”

@Big_Pak wrote, “All beauty, no brains.”

Dash defended her actions to talk show host Piers Morgan. "I believe him [Romney]. I watched him, the Governor and his wife, on 'Meet The Press,'" she explained. "They spoke to me, they seemed authentic and genuine."

Dash added, "I chose him not by the color of his skin but the content of his character” which is essentially the same line Martin Luther King Jr., once delivered when he spoke about race relations in America.
