Is it October yet?! A few weeks remain in September, but the Disney Channel is already gearing up for the spookiest event of the year. The network released their “Monstober” schedule, a programming special that includes Halloween-themed TV episodes, movies and more throughout the month of October.

The “Monstober” fun kicks off on Sunday, Oct. 2. Highlights for 2016 include the return of “Mal-Oween,” with the Season 2 premiere of “Descendants: Wicked World.” An encore of “Descendants” will also be airing for those who have yet to get a chance to catch the 2015 TV movie, which follows the teenage children of some of your favorite Disney characters. Meanwhile, fans won’t want to miss the premiere of the new Disney Channel Original Movie, “The Swap.” Peyton List (“Bunk’D”) and Jacob Bertrand (“Kirby Buckets”) star in this body-switching comedy based on the YA book by Megan Shull.
