The girls get an unwanted guest at Iris’ bachelorette party in next week’s episode of “The Flash.”

According to the synopsis for Season 4, episode 5 of the CW series, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) comes to Central City to help Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) celebrate Iris’ bachelorette party. But their fun celebration at a restaurant takes an unexpected turn when Norvok (Mark Sweatman) comes up to their table and makes a scene.

“Did you girls order a stripper?” Iris asks the girls in the trailer for the episode after Norvok approaches them.

Thinking that Norvok is a striptease performer, Felicity tells him to take it off. But instead of removing a piece of clothing from his body, Norvok leans forward and casually drops his right eyeball into a champagne bottle. The disgusting sight causes a fight between the girls and Norvok. And at some point in the video, Iris is seen hitting Norvok in the face with a tray.

As revealed in the Season 4 premiere, Norvok works for Amunet Black (Katee Sackhoff), Caitlin’s former boss who is seemingly displeased by Caitlin’s sudden decision to quit her job at the bar. But Amunet is more than just a bar owner. As previously reported, Amunet is a “steely” and “badass boss” of an underground black market for supervillains. And because Caitlin is a very powerful metahuman, it’s likely that Amunet orders Norvok to get Caitlin rejoin the black market.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly last month, Panabaker revealed that Killer Frost will take over Caitlin during Iris’ bachelorette party. “When Killer Frost shows up, Iris has a lot of compassion for Killer Frost and a lot of compassion for Caitlin and is pivotal in helping Caitlin reconcile herself with her past and some of the mistakes that Killer Frost made,” Panabaker said.

Elsewhere in the episode, Cisco (Carlos Valdes), Joe (Jesse L. Martin), Harry (Tom Cavanagh), and Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) take Barry (Grant Gustin) to a bar to celebrate his bachelor party. As seen in the trailer, Barry gets drunk, so he ends up not wearing his suit in the episode.

“We wanted to do something we’d never done before,” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said (via ComicBook.com). “It’s interesting, because I think it’s the first episode we’ve ever done where Barry doesn’t wear the suit.”

“We started with the concept of ‘wouldn’t it be really funny if Barry goes for a bachelor party with the guys, and Iris goes for a bachelorette party with the girls, and the guys end up having the worst night ever and the girls end up saving the city?’” Kreisberg said of how the idea for the episode came about. “That was where the episode started from, and that’s where it ended up.”

“The Flash” Season 4, episode 5, titled “Girls Night Out,” airs Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
