France Telecom plans $2 bln, 2-part bond -IFR
LONDON - France Telecom plans to sell a $2 billion bond, consisting of five-year and 10-year maturities, IFR reported on Monday.
Bank of America Securities and JP Morgan are active bookrunners, while BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
France Telecom is rated A3 by Moody's Investors Service and A- by both Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings. (Reporting by Natalie Harrison; Editing by Jon Loades-Carter)
