A murderous amphibious creature gets loose in the Bureau Underground headquarters in this week’s episode of “Ghosted.”

In a sneak peek from Season 1, episode 4 of the Fox series, everyone's favorite coworker, Bob (Beck Bennett), is about to examine the creature’s cadaver in his lab when he accidentally spills coffee on it. Much to his surprise, the creature begins to move and eventually gets out of the body bag. Bob screams for help but his colleagues think that he’s just goofing around. So before anyone can realize that he is in a real life-or-death situation, the creature snaps his neck, ultimately killing him.

When people at the Bureau starts panicking, Captain LaFrey (Ally Walker) tries to calm everyone down by telling them that Rob’s lab is bulletproof so there’s no way the creature can get out of it. But much to everyone’s shock, the creature easily smashes the glass wall of the lab and takes another victim.

In another sneak peek from the episode, LaFrey reaches out to her boss, Director Romslo (John Getz), to report what has just happened.

“Sir, we have a predator of unknown species loose in the building,” LaFrey tells Romslo. “It was the Dublin Cadaver Transfer. Apparently, it wasn’t dead.”

Upon hearing how serious the matter is, Romslo quickly orders the lockdown of the whole headquarters. LaFrey tells her boss that a lockdown is not necessary, but Romslo doesn’t want to take the risk. “My responsibility is the safety of the public,” he reminds LaFrey. “B-13 [Lockdown Protocol] is initiated. You have 30 minutes to eliminate the threat.”

When Leroy (Craig Robinson) asks what B-13 is, Annie (Amber Stevens West) replies, “The Bureau is sealed off. If we don’t find and kill this thing in the next 30 minutes, everything in here gets incinerated.”

Without wasting time, LaFrey orders Leroy and Annie to track the creature. She also instructs Barry (Adeel Akhtar) and Max (Adam Scott) to get into the lab and figure out how to kill it.

Elsewhere in the episode, according to the synopsis for the installment, Leroy starts to suspect that Annie has a crush on Max.

“Ghosted” Season 1, episode 4, titled “Lockdown,” airs on Sunday, Oct. 22 at 8:30 p.m. EDT on Fox. Watch the sneak peeks from the episode below:
