Herman Cain
Herman Cain, a candidate for the Republican Party's nomination in the 2012 U.S. presidential election, has been hired as a contributor to both the Fox News Channel and the Fox Business Network. Reuters

Herman Cain's shocking new anti-stimulus ad, which features a rabbit [representing small business] being shot by a skeet shooter [the tax code,] has Twitter users questioning the former Republican presidential candidate's sanity.

In the video, which can be seen by scrolling through this article, a rabbit is shown as a girl says This is small business.

The ad is based on the anti-drug This is your brain. This is your brain on drugs, ads that aired in the 1990s.

She then says, This is small business under the tax code, as a skeet shooter yells, Pull! The bunny is then catapulted and shot with a rifle.

Any questions? the girl asks.

And it appears the questions are many - about Cain's sanity. Cain was a trending topic Monday on Twitter.

It's official! Herman Cain is crazy, said @brianagler.

Herman Cain is still crazy, you guys, said @JeremyLittau, whose tweet includes a link to the video.

O M G HERMAN CAIN IS CRAZY AS FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH! declared @FathaJulz.

Cain, the former CEO of Godfather's Pizza, dropped out of the 2012 GOP nomination race in December amid questions of sexual harassment and infidelity. He is most known to voters for unveiling his catchy 9-9-9 tax plan while on the campaign trail.

New Herman Cain video reminds us just how much we miss the insanity of Herman Cain, said @someecards.

Herman Cain is like that crazy girl looking for attention, tweeted @bamabelle2k9.

The video is a project from sickofstimulus.com, which Cain created after his failed presidential bid.
