After Renautas unveiled a new weapon called Epic for tracking evolved humans, it looked like Evos everywhere were in danger on NBC's "Heroes Reborn." Epic took a major step backwards in episode 4, while the heroes began making their way towards their destiny of saving the world. What's next for the Evos in episode 5, titled "The Lions Den"?

The synopsis reveals that Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman) and Quentin (Henry Zeborwski) will continue to dig into Renautas to look for answers and to try and stop the company from rounding up Evos. While Noah searches for the answer to what happened to Claire (Hayden Panettiere), Quentin will try to find his long-lost sister. The end of episode 4 revealed she's still alive but being used as a weapon by Renautas. She's mysterioulsy referred to as "The Shadow."

Luke (Zachary Levi) will return home after being abandoned by Joanne because he's an Evo. He's tired of killing Evos and if he were to continue he'd be killing others like himself. When Luke arrives home he will have to face his past, which possibly means some flashbacks to when his son was alive before the June 13 attack.

Miko (Kiki Sukezane) and Ren (Toru Uchikado) will also continue their mission of finding the sword and Miko's father. Meanwhile Tommy (Robbie Kay), the one who could be the hero that will end up saving the world, was located by federal agents after trying to save his mother. Will Tommy use his transporting power to save himself?

Carlos (Ryan Guzman) could have the toughest challenge ahead in episode 5. His nephew Jose (Lucius Hoyos) and Father Mauricio (Carlos Lacamara) were captured by the Evo hunter Capt. Dearing (Dylan Bruce). Carlos will have to put his upgraded El Vengador costume and car to the test to try and save his family members before it's too late. He might have some help on his missing family as he's expected to gain a possible new ally.

In the promo video for episode 5, Erica (Rya Kihlstedt) is being warned by one of her employees about a possible new weapon, which he says could wipe out 96 percent of the worlds population. This idea doesn't bother Erica because she believes there's no pretty way to start the human race over. This new weapon could be what Molly (Francesca Eastwood) was talking before she killed herself. "Heroes Reborn" fans will remember that she told Noah that she won't let Erica use her to kill billions of people.

As the midway point of the season draws closer, many fans are anxiously awaiting the return of some more of the old characters from the original "Heroes" series. Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) will be back at some point this season, but he hasn't shown up yet. For the second week in a row, he was shown in the promo video. Could episode 5 be when we see the comeback of the fan-favorite?
