Samsung is not alone to pepper up the market with its next-gen offering, there are others on the showground too. And these Android smartphone manufacturers are prepping up with their latest flagship devices to rival straightforwardly against Galaxy S3. Hence, lets take a look at all the upcoming smarphones which may lay a killer competition against the most awaited Android smartphone of the year the Samsung Galaxy S3.

The blog reported that a June launch is rumored for the Samsung Galaxy S3, after a preview photo was leaked this week. According to the Android-based website, a high-resolution render of the new gadget was said to be revealed. However, the blog also said that the image is likely to be fake.

Although the launch date is not confirmed, a summer release could put the device at competition with Apple's iPhone 5. The iPhone manufacturer usually launches its smartphones in the summer season, throwing a curveball at fans by releasing the 4S this past October.

There are already rumors and speculations surrounding the iPhone 5's features, the Galaxy S3 is garnering attention as well.

Another blog, Mobiles.co.uk, speculated that the anticipated announcement could be as soon as next week. A March 22nd announcement is rumored, and the site also added that Samsung has a mobile event scheduled for that day in Paris. But the company has already crushed the rumor that this is concerning the Samsung S3.
