Hewitt's recent billboard ads in skimpy lingerie promoting her upcoming show The Client List has raised questions not only her theme but also for the digital breast enhancement.
Last week, two different ads were released - one featuring Hewitt in her natural form and in the other it the actress appears as if she had undergone a breast reduction surgery.
While the original ads showing Hewitt's natural curves appeared on Hollywood Reporter and billboards across Los Angeles, Entertainment Weekly decided to digitally alter her cleavage.
The 32-year-old actress has admitted that she is shocked whenever she sees that billboards ads.
Seriously, that looks like a horror movie, blown up like that... They look like King Kong's [breasts], Hewitt told on Jimmy Kimmel Live show when the host pulled out a billboard ad.
However, the actress also admitted that she is happy that her grandmother has not yet been aware of the ads.
She also hopes that her grandma doesn't see the ads because she'll disapprove of the images about her granddaughter posing in lingerie.
Thank God none of them have been put up in my grandmother's neighborhood yet. I'm waiting for that phone call - and I'm hoping it won't happen, Hewitt said.
She asked me, 'What are you wearing in the posters?' and I said, 'I'm wearing a bathing suit'. And she's like, 'OK, well that's great!'
On Wednesday, the actress appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where she was gifted with a giant billboard ad that had been hanging across the street. The actress couldn't stop laughing after seeing the billboard. The poster featured a close-up of the actress's cleavage.
Hewitt is playing the character of a high class escort girl in the upcoming Lifetime series The Client which premiered this month on April 8. In the trailer, Hewitt has posed in black satin dress gown.
