Jessica Jones, a Marvel superhero, will be making her onscreen debut on Netflix later this month in the new comic series "Jessica Jones." Many are excited to see Jessica in action, along with fellow superhero Luke Cage (Mike Colter), and are also hoping for a Daredevil cameo (Charlie Cox) at some point. The synopses for all 13 episodes were leaked online Monday, giving fans a sneak peek of what's to come in the show's debut season.

"Jessica Jones" will follow Jessica, who decided to give up on her superhero life and become a private investigator. However, she'll quickly learn you can't run from the past. Her past experiences will come forward and she may find herself getting sucked back into that lifestyle. Her arch-nemesis, Zebediah Kilgrave (David Tennant), aka the Purple Man, and his ability to control minds will have a major role in her not being able to escape.

What's going to happen this season on "Jessica Jones"? Below are the synopses for "Jessica Jones" Season 1 which leaked on Monday.

Episode 1 - "AKA Ladies Night": Jessica's first task as a private investigator is to look into the case of an attractive missing NYU student who disappeared. She soon learns there's more to the vanishing and it's not just a missing persons case.

Episode 2 - "AKA Crush Syndrome": Jessica will look to try and clear the name of Hope (Erin Moriarty), but she will have to confront a person who haunts her past.

Episode 3 - "AKA It's called Whiskey": Although it's far from an easy task, Jessica discovers a way she might be able to stop Kilgrave. She'll also bond with fellow superhero Luke Cage after discovering they have a lot in common.

Episode 4 - "AKA: 99 Friends": As Jessica searches for the person spying on her for Kilgrave, she'll have to deal with a new case. Trish (Rachael Taylor) will find herself in trouble because of her radio show.

Episode 5 - "AKA The Sandwich Saved Me": Jessica will have some help in her search for Kilgrave when Trish's friend, Simpson (Wil Traval), decides to join even though Jessica is against the idea. Jessica will also look to the past to remember a key turning point in her life.

Episode 6 - "AKA You're A Winner": Cage puts Jessica to work and wants her to find someone he believes left town, but she's concerned Cage will learn more about her than she wants him to know.

Episode 7 - "AKA Top Shelf Perverts": Jessica plans to execute an "extreme" plan to stop Kilgrave, but Trish, Simpson and Malcom (Eka Darville) may not be on board to help.

Episode 8 - "AKA WWJD": Kilgrave gives Jessica a "homecoming" which will likely be one she's not happy with. Jeryn Hogarth's (Carrie-Anne Moss) problem with her ex-wife will escalate to a breaking point.

Episode 9 - "AKA Sin Bin": Jessica will finally have a great opportunity to stop Kilgrave, but Hogarth might get in the way and cause an issue. Light will also be shed on Kilgrave's background.

Episode 10 - "AKA 1,000 Cuts": Kilgrave will make Jessica an offer she might not be able to refuse after a game changing reveal.

Episode 11 - "AKA I've Got The Blues": Jessica's search for answers takes her to several morgues, while Trish will try to keep Simpson from getting in her way. Malcom will have a moment of revelation.

Episode 12 - "AKA Take a Bloody Number": The search to stop Kilgrave leads Jessica back to Cage. Trish, meanwhile, discovers something about Simpson and Jessica.

Episode 13 - "AKA Smile": Jessica and Cage will team up with someone else in their neighborhood, while Kilgrave gets ready to go head-to-head against Jessica. Could the person from the neighborhood be Daredevil?
