John Stamos is back in action. The “Full House” alum took to Twitter to give his followers an update after a brief stint in rehab for substance abuse.

“I am back!” he shared on Twitter, along with a photo of him hitting a punching bag. “Took a month to take care of things. Healthy. Feeling grateful for the love & support of family & friends.”

News broke earlier this month that the 51-year-old actor entered a facility for treatment following his June 12 DUI arrest. Stamos was pulled over after the Beverly Hills Police Department received multiple phone calls about a possible drunk driver. E! News reported at the time that he was brought to a local hospital for a potential medical condition, but he was arrested after it was determined that he was driving under the influence. A court date is scheduled for Sept. 11.

Stamos entered rehab in late June. Sources close to the actor told People magazine that, "he knows he needs to take care of himself." The insiders said the death of his mother in September 2014 "did a number on him," and that he has had issues with drinking in the past.

With rehab behind him, John Stamos has a big year ahead of him. He's got a new comedy, "Grandfathered," set to debut on Fox, and he's also attached to the "Full House" Netflix reboot. His old cast members, including on-screen wife Lori Loughlin, arrived on set earlier this month. It's not clear when Stamos will be filming his scenes.
