Jon Gosselin is no longer a reality star but that doesn’t mean he’s stepped out of the spotlight. The former lead of TLC’s now defunct “Jon and Kate Plus 8” works as DJ. Ahead of his ex-wife Kate Gosselin’s return to the network with Season 4 of “Kate Plus 8” on Tuesday, the father of eight is promoting his latest gig on Twitter.

Jon, 38, touted his upcoming appearance at Pennsylvania hot spot Trappe Tavern online Monday night. According to his announcement, he now goes by “DJ Jon Gosselin” and will appear alongside his frequent collaborator and fellow DJ, N-Do.

On Eclipse Entertainers' website, Jon is described as a DJ who can “help increase sales” due to his “celebrity.”

“Jon Gosselin was a star on the reality TV series 'Jon & Kate + 8' but now, he is now a DJ! He operates like most other DJs. Shows-up, sets-up, and spins a little something for everyone. He takes requests, interacts with the crowd, and helps increase sales by making people want to stick around,” reads his profile. “What makes him special is that he is a CELEBRITY! Every time he has performed at other venues, patrons have gone NUTS on social media, posting pictures, taking selfies with him, and most importantly, tagging your bar!”

When Jon isn’t busy DJing, he’s spending time with his eight children, 15-year-old twins Mady and Cara and 11-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Collin, Leah, Joel, Alexis and Hannah, which he shares with Kate, 40. The former reality star last shared a photo update of his children on Instagram in November. The image showed four of his offspring standing inside a homemade teepee and posing with his girlfriend of 11 months, Colleen Conrad.

New episodes of “Kate Plus 8” premiere on TLC Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST. Watch a preview of the upcoming Season 4 installments below:
