The house where Kate Middleton used to live for 13 years is on the market for £460,000 ($742k USD).

The Victorian villa in Bradfield Southend is the childhood home of the future queen of England, who was born in 1982. She had lived there until she was 13 when the house was sold for £158,000, according to Daily Mail.

Named ‘West View,’ the four-bedroom house is ‘very much as they left it’ with just a few changes made, says the listing agent Dudley Singleton, who had sold the house for the Middletons in 1995.

“It’s always possible that someone will buy it as an investment, because if Kate becomes queen someone might even want to open it as a museum one day and charge people to see it,” said Singleton.

The house is to be sold at an auction on June 3.
