Khloé Kardashian has been going hard in the gym in the last few months and it's definitely paying off. Now the star of E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is discussing the way she keeps both herself and brother Rob Kardashian motivated to work out and be healthier.

As was reported by E! Online, Khloé, 31, shared her main motivation in a post on her website. The youngest of the Kardashian sisters said revenge has pushed her further than she ever thought possible in terms of reaching her fitness goals and she hopes it will do the same for Rob, 28. Khloé claims both her desire to have a body that would make her exes "do a double-take" and her need to get out her frustrations and feelings of sadness are her driving forces. She has shared this tidbit with Rob, who gained more than 100 pounds after difficult break ups with Adrienne Bailon and Rita Ora.

"I told Rob a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body. It's a little silly but true. There is literally no downfall to working out your blues in the gym! You'll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that's bound to make your ex do a double-take."

Khloé's fitness kick isn't solely motivated by a revenge body, however. She wrote on the website that it is important "to be honest with yourself." The "KUWTK" star went on to explain that one needs to come to terms with the fact that their relationship — or relationships, in Rob's case — didn't work out. She wrote that "time heals all," adding that it's important to stay focused on the good things rather than the bad.

The former Arthur George sock designer was recently hospitalized after falling ill the weekend after Christmas. After a series of tests, doctors found that Rob had been unknowingly living with diabetes. Sources said he was released from the hospital shortly after being admitted and was ready to focus on living a healthy lifestyle in 2016.

Although Rob has been out of the spotlight and away from E!'s cameras for some time now, his name still comes up on "KUWTK" from time to time. In fact, during Season 11, episode 7 the youngest Kardashian sibling found himself the butt of a joke made by Kim Kardashian during a girl's trip to St. Barths. Kim, 35, joked that her brother's weight gain had caused a tattoo of his, modeled after Ora, 25, to stretch from a "life-size Barbie doll" into something that resembled more of "a Cabbage Patch."
