Someone making fun of his weight gain is the last thing that former reality TV star Rob Kardashian needs at the moment, but his sister, Kim Kardashian, still drew some laughs when she made fun of his distorted tattoo. On last Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kim joked about how Rob’s Rita Ora tattoo grew from Barbie to Cabbage Patch doll, as he gained weight.

“He covered it with a life-size Barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch. Have you seen it lately? It was a Barbie doll, and he has gained weight, [now] she’s like a huge Cabbage Patch,” says Kim, as she emphatically describes rob’s tattoo to her siblings and Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend, Tyga.

As seen in the clip shared by US Weekly, the sisters were discussing tattoos, after the subject was brought up due to Tyga’s ink. Kris Jenner noticed his tattoo of Kylie Jenner’s name, and they all started discussing each person’s motivation for getting particular designs at significant moment in their lives.

Kylie then brought up her brother Robert’s own set of tattoos. “Rob’s stupidest tattoo is when he got Adrienne [Bailon] and then covered it with Rita [Ora],” says Kylie, referring to her brother’s ex-girlfriends. That’s when Kim jumps in to make the hilarious statement about the tattoo’s transformation from Adrienne to Rita Barbie doll and eventually, into a Cabbage Patch doll.

Rob has been struggling with weight gain in the past couple of years. Over the Christmas holidays, things took a bad turn, when he was rushed to the hospital and later diagnosed with diabetes. It has been reported that he suffers from type 2 diabetes, which is manageable through proper diet and exercise. Despite the jab, Kim and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan have been giving massive support for Rob throughout his ordeal.
