Everybody likes to mess with Kim Kardashian, and we have just had another incident proving the same. The reality star was flour bombed by an Asian woman on the Hollywood red carpet at the launch of her new perfume True Reflection at The London Hotel in West Hollywood Thursday.

The incident took Kim by surprise but the 31-year-old curvy beauty acted pretty mature and calmly walked away from the scene, rather than creating any drama.

Who was the attacker and why did she do it?

The unnamed woman reportedly shouted the words fur hag right before throwing the cooking powder all over a very nicely dressed Kim. The attacker could possibly be an outraged animal activist, unhappy with Kim's love for fur.

Video clips show Kim walking into the red carpet and while she was having a talk with one of the reporters present at the venue, the unidentified woman doused the star with the powder.

According to TMZ, the woman was arrested by the police who were called immediately to the scene. The fire department was summoned to inspect the substance and they found that it was cooking flour.

What is Kim going to do?

Nothing. Kim has decided not to press charges over the incident and the attacker has been released, according to a press release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

When TMZ asked if she was planning to press charges against the attacker, Kim said jokingly: Don't I have one too many lawsuits going on?

The incident left Kim far from embarrassed. The star returned to the event with a brave face, after brushing the flour off her clothes and hair. She simply laughed off the ordeal and even made jokes on the incident.

That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that ever happened to me, she said, while talking to E! Online.

Like I said to my make-up artist, I wanted more powder and that's a whole lot of translucent powder right there.

Animal rights group PETA Friday denied having anything to do with the incident. The organization has earlier campaigned against Kim's love of fur clothing.

In November, PETA campaigned posting a billboard in Los Angeles that featured a photo of Kim wearing a fur-trimmed jacket.

The billboard included picture of two foxes along with the caption: Kim: These babies miss their mother. Is she on your back?

Regarding the flour bombing incident, PETA's spokesperson told TMZ: PETA has tried everything from polite letters to public protests, but Kim Kardashian has not been moved by the news that animals are beaten, electrocuted, and even skinned alive for real fur garments. Whoever threw that flour may reach her when our polite appeals did not.

There are speculations that the whole flour bombing incident is perhaps nothing but a publicity stunt for her Perfumes, which is not very popular at the moment. Could all this be made up? As pointed out by TMZ, is Kim trying to get richer by taking a shot to the face?
