Kim Kardashian Welcomes Baby Number Four And Says: 'He's Perfect'

Kim Kardashian-West and Kanye West are now a family of six after their surrogate delivered their fourth child, a son, on Friday.

According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye were at the hospital Thursday night with the surrogate, who is different from the one they had for their daughter Chicago, simply because the prior surrogate was unavailable.

Kim confirmed the news in a tweet, writing, "He's here and he's perfect!" She also shared via Twitter that her and Kanye's new addition resembles their youngest. "He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her," she wrote.

On Thursday, Kim was expected to appear on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" for a Mother's Day special that her mother, Kris Jenner, was a part of. When Kim's sister Kourtney Kardashian appeared onstage alongside a brood of children, including Kim and Kanye's children North, Saint, and Chicago, she revealed that Kim could not attend the taping because her surrogate was in labor.
