Kourtney Kardashian wants to share custody of her children with former boyfriend Scott Disick, TMZ reported Monday, squashing earlier reports that she may seek sole custody. Kardashian has three children with Disick -- Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and 7-month-old Reign.

The TMZ report added, citing sources, that Kardashian wants her children to have a real, meaningful relationship with their father. She wants to make an agreement where Disick and Kardashian get equal custody of their children and spend equal time with them. The TMZ report added, citing sources, that Kardashian met with lawyer Laura Wasser, who is known to be a proponent of joint custody.

The couple, who were together for almost a decade, broke up earlier this month after photos emerged showing Disick getting close to his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo. However, reports said that Bartoli told her friends that she and Disick are “just best friends.”

Disick has also not mentioned anything about wanting child support as reports suggest he has been earning well from his ventures in several TV shows, businesses and a heavy inheritance, according to TMZ.

However, Disick, who is now living in his bachelor pad at Beverly Hills, has been facing drug problems and has reportedly been advised by Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West to "get his act together for the kids," while Disick’s friends want him to go to rehab after he came dangerously close to overdosing.
