If you spent the last six months of 2013 ignoring your friends and playing “The Last of Us” like I did, you’ll be excited to learn the game will allegedly be available on the next-gen PS4 sometime in the not-too-distant future.

According to PlayStation Turkey Vice President Sercan Sulun during a video posted to the Turkish CNN gaming website Multiplayer, the zombie-tastic survival horror game will be coming to Sony’s latest console in digital and physical format.

NeoGaf user Quirah translated the online text, saying Sulun states “sequel is not coming right now as far as I know, but I can say that [the] first game will be released this summer for PS4 as a physical and digital copy with enhanced graphics," in response to a question about a potential ‘The Last of Us’ sequel.”

Sony has yet to confirm the rumor, but it wouldn’t be surprising if the popular title showed up on the PS4 with refined graphics and higher definition. Would you play it? Leave a comment or tweet me!
