With the LG G4 smartphone release date set for June, the pricing details pertaining to the device have been revealed. Notably, LG’s official Website says, this handset is available from major carriers in the U.S., including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and also via U.S. Cellular. In addition, the G4 can be purchased from retailers such as Best Buy and Amazon. To top it off, the tech giant will reportedly be offering hefty freebies to buyers in the U.S.

Speaking of LG G4 price, Phone Arena says, the handset will set the buyers back by $199 under the carrier contract. On the other hand, the device can also be purchased outright by paying $600. Upon purchasing the G4, buyers will automatically become eligible for an assortment of freebies, irrespective of the carrier chosen. The freebies reportedly include a free 32GB microSD card, a replacement battery and a wall charger.

Meanwhile, LG will apparently create a dedicated promo website in order to let customers choose their freebies. However, this promotion runs only from May 22 through June 21. There’s no information stipulating whether the promotional items will be available to buyers located outside the United States.

As for the key LG G4 specifications, the smartphone handset comes with a 5.5-inch display, complemented by a killer QHD screen resolution. LG has reportedly used a Quantum LCD panel that is known to deliver excellent color accuracy. In addition, the display panel apparently offers 20 percent wider color reproduction in addition to a 25 percent brightness enhancement and 50 percent greater contrast when compared to its predecessor, according to GSM Arena.

On the flip side, the G4 is powered by a Snapdragon 808 chipset instead of the latest Snapdragon 810 SoC. Even then, GSM Arena points out, the tech giant apparently worked with the chipmaker Qualcomm to tailor-make the chip for the flagship. Thus, the performance level of the Snapdragon 808 has been fine-tuned, which means this chip can reportedly perform better than Samsung’s powerful Exynos 7420 on everyday tasks. On the software end, as expected, the device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with LG’s new UX 4.0 overlay. Other key LG G4 features include 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 16MP main camera and a 3,000mAh battery unit.
