Days after striking a plea deal to attend rehab, actress Lindsay Lohan was spotted clubbing in California with her rumored boyfriend, guitarist Avi Snow.

Lohan, 26, was seen partying with friends and Snow at a VIP table at a Santa Monica nightclub Saturday. TMZ reported that the star was there for Snow’s performance with his band City of the Sun.

Lohan was also spotted at FLUXX nightclub in San Diego on Friday ordering vodka on the rocks and requesting drinks to be served in carafe. It is unconfirmed if Lohan was drinking.

Following her Monday court appearance connected with a 2012 car crash, reports circulated that Lohan was drinking at the bar in her Beverly Hills hotel and again on Monday night at AV nightclub in Hollywood. Lohan denied the allegations on Twitter.

“I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day…and ordered sushi to my hotel,” said Lohan, who later tweeted for her fans to ignore rumors.

“Don’t believe EVERY little thing you hear, unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten, has been great and means a lot [sic],” she said.

Lohan was in hot water late last week after striking a plea deal with prosecutors to attend 90 days in a lockdown rehab in NYC that won’t accept her. TMZ reported that only one private lockdown facility in NYC requires patients to have committed a felony to attend.

If Lohan cannot locate a suitable rehab facility, the actress may be forced to serve her 90-day sentence in jail, according to prosecutors.

Before serving her sentence, Lohan will be traveling to South America to promote an unknown clothing line and shooting an appearance on Charlie Sheen’s sitcom “Anger Management.”
