Aaron Carter's ex-girlfriends Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff have paid tribute to him after his tragic death at 34 years old Saturday.

Lohan broke her silence on Carter's death during an interview with Entertainment Tonight Monday, sharing that there was still a "lot of love" when it came to the "I'm All About You" singer and his family.

"My heart goes out to his family and may he rest in peace. God bless him," she told the outlet.

In a separate interview with Access Hollywood Monday, Lohan, who dated Carter in the early 2000s, said that she shared so many memories with the late pop star but that it had been a "long time" since she had last spoken to Carter.

"So many (memories) from when I was so young, just that era of my life ... and my prayers go out to his family and may he rest in peace and God bless," she said during the interview to promote her new Netflix flick, "Falling for Christmas."

Meanwhile, Duff took to Instagram on Sunday to express her grief after learning about her ex and former "Lizzie McGuire" co-star's passing.

"I'm deeply sorry that life was so hard and that you had to struggle in front of the whole world," she wrote. "You had a charm that was absolutely effervescent."

"Boy, did my teenage self love you deeply," she added. "Sending love to your family at this time. Rest easy."

Lohan began dating Carter in January 2002, and they split in April 2003. At around the same time, the "I Want Candy" singer and Duff dated on and off between 2001 and 2004.

"I started dating Hilary on my 13th birthday," Carter said during an interview on "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch" in 2005. "I was dating her for like a year and a half, and then I just got a little bored, so I went and started getting to know Lindsay, dating Lindsay. Then I didn't want to do that anymore, so I got back with Hilary."

Both Lohan and Duff eventually moved on from their relationships with Carter. Duff, now a mom of three, married Matthew Koma in 2019, while the "Freaky Friday" actress is married to financier Bader Shammas.

In March 2014, Carter reflected on his past relationships and admitted that he was "stupid" for losing out on Duff.

"Don't be that stupid douche that loses the love of your life forever... Like me...," he tweeted alongside a photo of Duff following her split from ex-husband Mike Comrie.

"I'll spend the rest of my life trying to better myself to get back to her. I don't care what ANY of you think," he added.

Carter was found unresponsive in a bathtub at his house in Lancaster, California, on Saturday morning, according to TMZ, who first reported the news.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told People that a body was discovered just before 11 a.m. that day, but police did not officially identify the victim. No official cause of death has been shared.

Carter's rep Taylor Helgeson confirmed the pop star's passing Saturday.
