While Manny Pacquiao is set to face Sugar Shane Mosley, the boxer everyone wished Pacquiao was fighting is in trouble with the law again.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been accused of threatening two homeowner association security guards outside his gated Las Vegas-community home.

The charges were filed Thursday based on an October dispute with guards, where Mayweather told them that his homeboys would take care of them, regarding a dispute about parking tickets.

Mayweather already had another misdemeanor battery charge against him that alleged he poked a guard in the face during a separate argument over parking tickets, as well as felony charges in a domestic argument with his ex-girlfriend.

Mayweather hasn't fought since a little more than last year, when he defeated Mosley in a unanimous decision.
