On Tuesday night, 19-year-old San Jose Sharks phenom Tomas Hertl exploded onto the NHL scene by scoring four goals against the New York Rangers. However, if the stories of Katherine Webb and Amanda Marcum are any indication, Hertl’s girlfriend, Aneta Netolicka, may soon be the one making headlines.

Hertl scored four goals in the Sharks’ 9-2 rout of the Rangers on Tuesday, the last of which came as a result of a behind-the-back, between-the-legs wrist shot past Rangers goaltender Martin Biron. Throughout the 19-year-old Czech import’s dominant performance, Netolicka could be seen cheering her boyfriend on from the stands at the SAP Center.

There isn’t much known about Netolicka, other than the fact that Hertl’s girlfriend sat with his mother at Tuesday night’s game. There are reports that Netolicka celebrated her birthday at the Sharks-Rangers game, but that has yet to be substantiated.

However, Hertl’s hockey prowess and Netolicka’s stunning looks have already drawn the inevitable comparison to an iconic photo in which legendary Czech Republic product Jaromir Jagr posed with a former girlfriend. In the photo, a shirtless Jagr held a pitchfork while his unnamed girlfriend leaned against him, sporting a Jagr jersey.

As Larry Brown Sports points out, a Czech news outlet recently got Hertl and Netolicka to recreate the famous shot. The Sharks star held a pitchfork while Netolicka, clad in a Hertl jersey, leaned against him.
