Miley Cyrus has emerged as a strong advocate for LGBT rights in recent times. On Friday, Miley tweeted: "ALL LOVE is equal." Attached to the message was a link to a photograph of her new tattoo that features an equal sign on her ring finger. Soon after, fans responded to her message with negative and positive comments to the young star.

"Where does it say in the bible to judge others?" she Tweeted back to one of her followers. "Oh right. It doesn't. GOD is the only judge honey. 'GOD is love.'" Miley Cyrus has previously voiced her opinion on Gay marriage a few weeks ago when the Casey Anthony verdict was delivered. "You know the world is skewed when people get away with murdering children but we cant get gay marriage legalized in the state of California." Her tattoo joins several other inks the 18 year-old has including a dream catcher on her rib cage and a heart on her finger.

Miley Cyrus has been working on things some might consider... honorable and slightly surprising considering the singer's previous acts of pole dancing and revealing outfits. On July 27, she announced she would be returning to Haiti with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. "After I went on my first mission to Haiti with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, I felt so drawn to helping others hear for the first time and immediately wanted to look for another chance to go back and help again," she said in her speech at the Starkley Hearing Foundation Gala.

Cyrus has been showing the world a more mature (in a good way) side to herself with her charity work and under the radar relationship to Liam Hemsworth, who was recently cased in "The Hunger Games" series along side Josh Hutcherson.
