Several people have been detained in connection with a possible kidnapping in Oakland, California, early Friday morning, Fox’s local affiliate, KTVU, tweeted.
The station reported police activity on 75th Avenue in Oakland at about 4:30 a.m. local time, and police officers confirmed that the suspects held someone against their will.
