Another member of the Middleton family may soon be tying the knot. After only four months of dating, Pippa Middleton, sister to the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, is reportedly getting ready to walk down the aisle.
The 29-year-old sibling of the expectant royal is reportedly telling friends that she is ready to settle down with her boyfriend, Nico Jackson. “Pippa has also told her family that Nico is the one,” a source told the Daily Mail via Celebitchy.com, revealing that the couple is keeping news of their anticipated engagement quiet until after the duchess delivers later this month.
While Middleton, an author and socialite, is smitten, a source told the publication that Jackson, a 35-year-old stockbroker, is also equally taken with his leading lady. “An engagement is definitely in the cards,” said a source. “The last time Nico spoke about Pippa to his friends back home in Folkestone [England], he was totally buzzing about her. He is in his element right now. He has never been happier and this is really what he wants.”
The allegedly serious couple was last spotted together attending the Wimbledon Tennis Championship in London on Friday, according to a report from Reuters. The twosome was photographed enjoying the men’s semifinal match between Novak Djokovic of Serbia and Juan Martin del Potro of Argentina.
Jackson’s mother, 56-year-old Ulrike Jackson, confirmed the duo were officially an item to the Daily Mail in February. “We’re very pleased. They’re happy and that is all that matters,” she said. “As long as my children are happy, then I am happy.”
Middleton was rumored to be dating hotelier Andre Balazs last fall. According to the Daily Mail, the British native was spotted house-hunting in Manhattan for a place near the home of the 55-year-old Balazs.
