The companies whose shares are moving in pre-market trade on Friday are: NYSE Euronext, Bristol Myers Squibb, Huntington Bancshares, United Parcel Service, NASDAQ OMX Group, IntercontinentalExchange, Jds Uniphase and Visa.

NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) shares climbed 11.17 percent to $39.10 in pre-market trading session on Friday. NASDAQ OMX Group and IntercontinentalExchange said they have made a joint proposal to acquire NYX for about $11.3 billion.

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE:BMY) gained 2.16 percent to $27.00 in pre-market trading. The company stock was downgraded to “hold” rating from “buy” rating at Jefferies on Thursday.

Huntington Bancshares Inc. (NASDAQ:HBAN) shares advanced 1.81 percent to $6.76 in pre-market trading session. The stock has a 52 week low of $5.04 and 52 week high of $7.70 and has $5.74 billion market capitalization.

United Parcel Service Inc. (NYSE:UPS) shares advanced 1.59 percent to $75.50 in pre-market trading session.

NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) shares plunged 5.03 percent to 24.54 in premarket trading session after NASDAQ OMX Group and IntercontinentalExchange said they have made a joint proposal to acquire NYX for about $11.3 billion.

IntercontinentalExchange Inc. (NYSE:ICE) shares declined 2.91 percent to $119.95 in pre-market trading session. IntercontinentalExchange and NASDAQ OMX Group said they have made a joint proposal to acquire NYX for about $11.3 billion.

Jds Uniphase Corp. (NASDAQ:JDSU) shares declined 2.4 percent to $20.34 in pre-market trading session. The stock has a 52 week low of $9.05 and 52 week high of $29.12 and has $4.67 billion market capitalization.

Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) shares declined 0.67 percent to $73.1 in pre-market trading session.
