The software maker reported third quarter net income of $5.11 billion or $0.60 per share compared to $5.23 billion or $0.61 per share in the same period last year and above the analysts' estimation of $0.58 per share.

EDAC Technologies Corp. (EDAC) stock gained 3.23 percent to $14.72 in pre-market session.
