Samsung has had a tough time selling its flagship Galaxy S5 smart phone, but that could change on Black Friday when retailers will be practically giving the device away for free.  Originally, the Galaxy S5 sold for between $199.99 and $249.00 with a two-year contract or up to $649.00 without a contract. But now some carriers and retailers are offering the phone for as low as $1 with contract.

Best Buy

Best Buy has already started its Black Friday deals; the Samsung Galaxy S5 is currently discounted to $1 with a two-year contract in a deal that will last through Nov. 29. Customers can get the Galaxy S5 under contract with AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. The deal is available online and in-stores.

T-Mobile

T-Mobile has already started its Black Friday deals; the Samsung Galaxy S5 is currently discounted to $509, or $0 and $21.20 per month for 24 months through T-Mobile’s equipment installment program (EIP). The deal, which is available online and in stores, will last through Nov. 30.

Sprint

Sprint’s Black Friday deal offers the Samsung Galaxy S5 for $0 with a two-year contract. Customers can also purchase the Galaxy S5 through Sprint’s Easy Pay program, for $18.75 per month, or $450 total. Sprint is also offering the rugged Galaxy S5 Sport for the same price. The deal will be available online on Thanksgiving Day and will continue in stores throughout Black Friday.

Verizon

Verizon's Black Friday deal offers the Samsung Galaxy S5 for $0 with a two-year contract. Customers can get this deal online and in-stores on Friday only. 

Radio Shack

Radio Shack’s Black Friday deal offers the Samsung Galaxy S5 for $0 with a two-year contract. Customers can get the Galaxy S5 under contract with AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. The deal will be available on Thanksgiving Day and will continue in stores throughout Black Friday. Additionally, the first 50 in-store customers at any Radio Shack locations will receive a pair of touchscreen gloves for free.

Target

Target’s Black Friday deal offers the Samsung Galaxy S5 for 1 cent with a two-year contact. Customers can get the Galaxy S5 under contract with AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. The in-store only deal will be available on Thanksgiving Day and will continue in stores throughout Nov. 29.

Walmart

Walmart's Black Friday deal offers the Samsung Galaxy S5 for $99 with a two-year contract. Customers can get the Galaxy S5 under contract with AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. The in-store only deal will be avaialble on Friday.

Amazon

Amazon has already started its Black Friday deals; the Samsung Galaxy S5 is current discounted to $1 with a two-year contract. Customers can get the Galaxy S5 under contract with AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.

Cricket Wireless

Cricket Wireless is offering a Cyber Monday deal for the Samsung Galaxy S5, taking 50 percent off the price of the device. Cricket's Galaxy S5 will go from $589.99 to about $295. Customers can also purchase the Galaxy S4 or half off; its price going from $429.99 to about $215.
