It looks like Cassidy (Taylor Lautner) is going to regret his decision of letting Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) join his personal mission to shut down C.U.R.E. Institute.

In the preview clip for Season 2, episode 7 of “Scream Queens,” Hoffel orders Cassidy to kill someone at the hospital, but Cassidy is having second thoughts on following such order.

“I want that girl dead,” Hoffel tells a conflicted Cassidy in the promo video. “Do you hear me? Dead!”

Hoffel doesn’t name the girl she wants Cassidy to kill, but since she told him not to touch any of the Chanels in last night’s episode, it seems that the person she wants dead is Zayday (Keke Palmer). As seen in previous episodes, Zayday is the one who is extremely determined in finding out who the Green Meanie is, so it makes sense why Hoffel would want her killed.

In addition, Cassidy told Hoffel last episode that he was going to kill Zayday next but admitted that he’s “kind of scared” of her. This probably explains why Cassidy looks so concerned in the video teaser.

At the latter part of clip, however, Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) tells Chanel (Emma Roberts) that she’s in “mortal danger.” Does this mean Hoffel has changed her mind about “playing the long game” of revenge with the Chanels? Only time will tell.

Also in episode 7, Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) — according to the synopsis for next week’s installment — convinces Cassidy to undergo a psych test to find the cause of his condition. In Season 2, episode 2, Cassidy confessed to Chanel #3 that he is “dead” and actually died from choking on his own vomit. Cassidy doesn’t know much about his condition, and since Chanel #3 has grown closer to him, it isn’t surprising that she becomes concerned about his health, too.

Elsewhere in episode 7,” Dr. Holt’s (John Stamos) “serial killer” hand starts to behave more wildly. As seen in the preview clip, the hand in question — which originally belonged to a squash player who murdered his rivals — gets too unmanageable that Dr. Holt smashes his own head on a table and even strangles Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis). Dr. Holt is also forced to duct tape his hand to his leg to make sure that he won’t hurt Chanel.

“Scream Queens” Season 2, episode 7 airs on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
