The running joke around the Apple (NASDAQ:APPL) iPhone 6 rumor mill is there have been enough parts leaked to build your own iPhone 6. Turn's out that's actually true.

Shortly after Russian luxury iPhone vendor Feld and Volk published photos featuring an iPhone 6 logic board with a near-field communication chip and 16GB of storage, the group released a video showing a fully assembled iPhone 6. Feld and Volk claims it was able to assemble the iPhone 6 using the several components it has acquired over the past months.

The video shows the fully assembled iPhone 6 (in Space Gray) displaying a gear icon before it switches to a Connect to iTunes screen. While that doesn't prove the iPhone 6 assembled by Feld and Volk actually works, what's in the video goes way beyond the blurry parts photos that surfaced over the past months.

Apple users are likely to get a true first look at the capabilities of the smartphone during a media event the company announced for Sept. 9. The 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6L are expected to be officially unveiled then, along with the tech giant's highly rumored iWatch.
