The Orange squeaked by Wisconsin on Thursday night, 64-63. Syracuse failed to scored in nearly four minutes to end the game, but still came away with win.

Still, the Orange shot an excellent 55.1 percent from the field, and limited the Badgers to 42.9 percent shooting. This is still a team that have only two losses in the season, despite playing elite competition.

Head coach Jim Boeheim could use a better performance from Kris Joseph. The senior forward, who leads the Orange in scoring, has struggled in the tournament. Guard Dion Waters and Scoop Jardine have picked up the slack for Joseph.

Syracuse will need other players to step up, as the Orange offense has been inconsistent in the three tournament games. Wisconsin pounded the Orange's zone defense with 14 three-pointers, and the Buckeyes have guards who can knock down the shots from beyond the arc.

Ohio State have won seven of their last eight games, and are coming off a win over Cincinnati that proved that Thad Motta's squad can buckle down and close out a team that cuts into their lead.

Jared Sullinger, considered by some as the best player in the nation, had a solid game against the Bearcats. The sophomore scored 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

But the most dominate tournament performer for the Buckeyes has been Deshaun Thomas. He has averaged 25 points per game, and 8.7 rebounds.

The Buckeyes also have solid guard play, which will be needed against the zone. William Buford and Aaron Craft are both capable of having big scoring nights.

The winner faces the winner of North Carolina - Kansas in the Final Four in New Orleans.

PREDICTION: Fab Melo's absence may be the reason the Orange bow out to Ohio State. Syracuse need more presence down low, particularly with Sullinger capable of dominating in the paint. But outside shooting will be the determining factor in this game. If the Buckeyes fail to hit their shots from the perimeter, and they don't get second-chance points, the game will belong to Syracuse. This game should get very tight towards the end, and Ohio State will probably have enough to hold off the Orange.

PREDICTED SCORE: Ohio State over Syracuse, 74-70
