It’s been months since Farrah Abraham and MTV “Teen Mom OG” producer Larry Musnik’s on-camera fight, and it seems they’re finally in a place where they can laugh about it.

New video from the 2016 MTV Movie Awards, which took place at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California, over the weekend, shows the reality star opening up about the incident. She jokes with HipHollywood that she and Musnik had run into one another earlier that night, adding that he tried “to get me kicked off the red carpet.” Farrah, 24, went on to say that she had learned a lesson from the fight and would be applying it to future business and reality TV ventures.

“Obviously we worked out our battles and I have to just say as a businesswoman and a reality star and everything I do, I have to just say, ‘always stay grounded and have your boundaries.’ … And look where I am today,” she said.

Farrah first discussed the now-infamous fight during the “Teen Mom OG” Season 5 reunion. During the two-part special, each episode of which was an hour long, Farrah’s parents, Debra and Michael, both expressed to host Dr. Drew that they were taken aback by the entire situation. Farrah explained that she does not condone violence, but was feeling triggered by Musnik. She told Dr. Drew that he was egging her on and shouting at her on her property, which she equated to being called “white trash.”

“I want to grow forward,” she said. “I would love to continue ‘Teen Mom.’ I would love to do that. Do I feel like I’m growing as fast that I can grow and being the best person that I can be? ... I don’t know. … I need to just stand firm,” she said.

The incident in question took place during the Season 5 finale. Producers arrived at Farrah’s home after being told that she wanted to discontinue filming because she felt the network was blocking her from other opportunities. Heather Walsh and Musnik tried multiple times to communicate with Farrah to no avail. She eventually came to her door to discuss her issues with MTV and the show, at which time she and Musnik got into a screaming match. Musnik warned her that if she stopped filming the show she would be in violation of her contract, which she disputed. She took several verbal jabs at Musnik in the heat of the moment before shoving him.

“I did everything on my end, sweetheart. So you can just take your little a— and get on the phone call and do your job,” she said.
