Farrah Abraham is looking to host a show of the X-rated variety. Following the release of her sex tape and adult “novelty items,” the “Teen Mom” star is ready to expand her brand by hosting a sex-themed talk show.
Farrah, 24, revealed her desire to bring her sexpertise to her fans during an interview with Entertainment Weekly. When commenting on fellow reality star Brody Jenner’s E! series “Sex With Brody,” Farrah asked, “Does Brody even have any novelty items?” She went on to say the 31-year-old E! series host and “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star should allow her to take the wheel.
“I think Brody should take a break and it should be called ‘Sex with Farrah,’” the MTV star said. “I feel like a sex talk show with me would pretty much be epic.”
Similar to Brody’s series, which premiered on E! Friday and allows fans to call-in and ask sex-related questions, Farrah said she would pursue a similar format. As for her plan to bring in viewers/listeners, she claims she would give callers samples of her NSFW novelty toys.
While it remains to be seen if Farrah will venture into the talk show genre, she does have a fair share of experience on television. In 2009 she starred on MTV’s “16 and Pregnant” docuseries, welcoming her daughter Sophia, now 6. She returned to the network later that year to star in the spinoff “Teen Mom.” The series concluded in 2012 after four seasons. Farrah made her dramatic return to the program in March when MTV rebooted the series, naming it “Teen Mom OG.”
But MTV isn’t the only network Farrah is familiar with. In recent years she also starred on VH1’s “Couples Therapy" and has made appearances on numerous talk shows, including “Howard Stern," "The Doctors" and "Bethenny." On Sunday, her Season 2 guest spot on E!’s “Botched” premiered. On the episode stars Dr. Paul S. Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow helped her correct a plastic surgery procedure on her lips gone wrong.
