The countdown for Copa America 2011 final has begun. The two sides led by Diego Lugano and Justo Villar will bring out all their arsenals to prove themselves best in the war of South American soccer.

Uruguay, after giving spectacular performances in last two matches, will enter the pitch as favorites, while Paraguay, which entered final without a win in the tournament, will be depending on luck and off field motivation apart from its tough defense.

Millions of fans in Uruguay and Paraguay have been waiting for the final day for quite a long time. One among those fans is hot Paraguayan model Larissa Riquelme who promised to strip naked if her side lifts the cup.

However, the model and her side have to be aware of three men who can crush their dream.

Luis Suarez

Uruguay's Luis Suarez celebrates his second goal against Peru during their semi-final soccer match at the Copa America in La Plata, July 19, 2011.

The Liverpool forward, who has shown the speed and class of his game in the whole tournament in Argentina, will be on the top of the list for the today's final clash. Luis Suarez so far in the tournament has helped his side on almost all the occasions. It was Suarez's double strike in three minutes which secured Uruguay's seat in the final by sending Peru out 2-0.

The number 9 blue-eyed boy of the coach Oscar Tabarez has scored thrice in five matches in the tournament and will be looking to repeat the semifinal performance in the title clash against Paraguay.

Diego Forlan

Uruguay's Diego Forlan celebrates beating Argentina in a penalty shootout in their quarter-final soccer match at the Copa America in Santa Fe, July 16, 2011.

Forlan, though yet to find the net in the whole tournament, with his experience took his side to a stage from where putting an end to the 15-year-long drought of Copa America Cup is just a step away.

For the 32-year-old forward, individual performance had never been the priority. However, in a game whenever Forlan is in possession the cheer in the crowed explains the amount of love and respect it has for him. He made the team look extra ordinary in South Africa and finished fourth in the most respected world class football event.

Fernando Muslera

Uruguay's goalkeeper Fernando Muslera celebrates after they beat Argentina in a penalty shootout in their quarter-final soccer match at the Copa America in Santa Fe, July 16, 2011.

Uruguay's custodian Fernando Muslera, who played major part in the quarterfinal against Argentina, will be up for his last challenge (if the match finishes without result after extra time) in the final game of the tournament. Muslera will be looking for the same performance what he gave in the quarterfinal with a diving save on Argentina's Carlos Tevez in shootout against the hosts. Muslera had also played a key role in extra time by making two crucial save to take the match into penalty shootout.

Muslera will be all charged up with confidence on the pitch in the final match after the recent signing with Galatasaray.
