“The Voice” Season 13 is quickly coming to an end, which means contestants are being eliminated left and right. On the Tuesday night episode of the NBC TV show, the top 4 finalists were revealed, which resulted in mixed reactions and one judge losing any chance of being represented in the finals round.

Following an emotional elimination last week, in which voters helped pick the top 8 semifinalists, half of the contestants were now sent home, causing some shocking upsets once again.

In her first season as a judge on the singing competition, Jennifer Hudson quickly found out that she would not have a team member going into the finals round.

Hudson’s artist, Davon Fleming, along with Blake Shelton’s team member Keisha Renee, were eliminated from the show early on in the night.

Despite the loss of her entire team, Hudson has previously expressed her desire to stay in contact with the contestants that represented her in the competition, so this may not be the last time fans hear from Fleming.

Although Shelton was forced to say goodbye to one of his team members, his two other contestants that were voted into the semifinals were able to secure spots in the finals round. This marks the country music star’s thirteenth consecutive season of having a singer move on to the finale.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus experienced her first milestone on “The Voice.” The “Younger Now” singer, who is in the midst her second season as a judge on the series, has finally had a team member make it to the top 4 and advance to the finals round.

Adam Levine’s artist was saved from eliminations early on during the episode. Prior to her being saved, she revealed that should she win the singing competition, her dream would be to revive the dying folk singer genre.

In the end, Shelton’s team members, Red Marlow and Chloe Kohanski, secured half of the top 4 finalists spots ahead of the finale. Levine is being represented solely by Addison Agen, while Cyrus has promised to be hands-on with finalist Brooke Simpson's future career.

“The Voice” Season 13 airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
